Empowered Women In Trades Program

Kapitol had a great day yesterday hosting a group of women keen to explore a career in trades through the Empowered Women In Trades program.

The day included talks from women at Kapitol, a site visit to our M3 NEXTDC site, and Q&As with some of our subcontractors.

Kapitol is passionate about increasing female participation in the industry. Greater gender parity in all facets of construction and trades has so many benefits and we're excited to follow the career journeys of this group of exceptional women.

A big thank you to Nilsen GroupCormack Plumbing and Arc Plastering & Co Pty Ltd for your time and to NEXTDC for providing an amazing venue for the women to experience the sights and sounds of a commercial construction site.
